1. Order & Documentation
Upon a 50% T/T down payment, production commences. We handle all complex export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L, Certificate of Origin, MSDS, SHTC (Self-Heating Test), and ROA required by shipping lines.
2. Packaging & Stuffing
Briquettes are carefully packed with inner plastics to avoid moisture, then stuffed into your private label boxes. We strictly monitor container stuffing to maximize space and minimize breakage during transit.
3. Freight & Delivery
We standardly offer FOB from Tanjung Priok or Tanjung Emas ports. CIF pricing is available upon request. Balance payment is settled against the B/L copy prior to telex release.
Container Loading Capacity
To optimize your freight costs, we recommend ordering in full container loads (FCL). Here are our standard loading capacities (without pallets):
- 20ft Container: Approx. 17 - 18 Metric Tons
- 40ft HC Container: Approx. 25 - 26 Metric Tons
